Joined a 300-person, owner-run textile manufacturer in 2017 as its first dedicated systems hire, when production, inventory and finance ran on spreadsheets and paper. Over nine years built the backbone it runs on today — its first ERP, its first management reporting function, its first direct sales channels and its automation layer — specifying and implementing each, then handing it to the people who operate it now.
